... well, I did, I've been back for two days now, after the most, um. It was definitely something of a weekend? The dogs are insane and I hate parties and it was good to see my mother and Stacy and Leith and Thea and Benton as well as Samsara and Chinook and Kipnuk (and Mukluk) and it was nice to actually have local friends (Mom was, uh. Hilarious. "What do you mean you and Thea are going to your boyfriend's house? You're sharing a boyfriend? – oh, it's plural – wait, how many college boys?" It's so nice when she's herself) let alone having Lint there and not having to worry about seedy travel devices and talking on candles.

That must sound incredibly strange to Random Internet Rovers, but it's not like they have any reason to try to figure it out? The internet is full of crazy people.

Anyway, only a month and change until I'm back in Chicago again, because I'm staying with Cass and Yaz and Tess for Thanksgiving. (Also, Cass got married! Aethir fainted.)
